Before the Job

• Inspection with you. We look at the paint in good light, with you, and note existing chips, scratches or earlier repair. It protects you and us.

• A written quote that names the film or coating, the coverage, the finish and the warranty. If a product or term is not in the quote, ask us to add it.
• Your questions answered. Ask to see the product name and the warranty terms before we begin.

What We Tell You About What We Use

For paint protection film, ceramic coating and window tint, we use genuine XPEL. Carsbuddy is an authorised XPEL installer, certified directly by the brand. During the Job

• Photo updates on WhatsApp while your car is in the bay.
• Vehicle-specific kits. Film is cut to your model beforehand, so no blade is taken to your paint.
• A clear plan for sensors, cameras and trim, discussed up front.
• Straight answers on timing. If something changes, we tell you.

At Handover

• Walk around the car with us in good light. Check edges, corners and panels.
